I have never had such incredible customer service when reaching out to a company. I had noticed when I purchased vs when the website was saying my bowties would arrive would be after our event we needed it for, and I was not hopeful in being able to get it in time but thought I would reach out just in case it was possible. I did purchase rush shipping, and I figured 2-3 days, no she made and shipped these for me so quickly I got them a day before the earlier estimated delivery day! It was above and beyond and I am so thankful. Not to mention the boy ties are the NICEST I've seen. Even my boys mentioned how nice they looked, and they never care. Thank you thank you!

The sizing information is very off. I have a 7.5 year old who is long waisted and tall for his age and these M suspenders are way too big for him. That wouldn’t be a huge issue except they make returns and exchanges very difficult.
