How We Use Your Personal Information

We use Google Ads conversion tracking features, including Enhanced Conversions and Customer Match, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and deliver relevant promotions. When you make a purchase, create an account, or submit a form on our website, first-party contact information you provide (such as your email address, phone number, name, or mailing address) may be securely hashed using standard one-way encryption algorithms (e.g., SHA-256) before being transmitted to Google LLC.

This hashed, pseudonymized data is matched by Google against logged-in Google accounts strictly to attribute sales to ad clicks, evaluate campaign performance, and generate customized audience segments for remarketing. All transmission and processing of this data are conducted in accordance with Google's Advertising Policies and applicable privacy laws. You can manage your personalized ad settings or opt out at any time through Google My Ad Center.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to The Bold Bow Tie’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of The Bold Bow Tie through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with The Bold Bow Tie. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
