To keep your wedding or event planning completely stress-free, please use our reference guidelines below:
  • Standard & Large Wedding Orders: Whether you are ordering a single item or outfitting an entire bridal party, groomsmen, and your pets, every order is processed, hand-crafted, and shipped within 2 business days (M-F).
  • Daily Cutoff: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Noon) begin production the same day. Orders placed after noon will begin production the following business day.
  • Our Dedicated Team: Even though we are not mass-produced, we have multiple talented employees entirely dedicated to crafting your items. Because we work as a team, we have the human power to handle large wedding volumes quickly without sacrificing handmade quality.
  • Domestic Only: We exclusively ship to destinations within the United States. We are not offering international shipping at this time.
  • Scheduled Closures: Our studio very occasionally takes brief scheduled breaks to recharge. These closures are always automatically reflected in your estimated delivery dates at checkout. If a closure overlaps with your order, your estimated delivery timeframe will be pushed out clearly before your purchase is finalized.

  • Purchase a Fabric Swatch: To remove all guesswork, we offer an option for customers to purchase a physical swatch to check against their wedding dresses, suits, or themes. This ensures the material color is completely perfect for you before committing to a larger order.
  • Order a Single-Item 'Test Run': Alongside your fabric swatches, we highly encourage ordering a single bow tie or tie ahead of time to verify the color, fit, and texture in person.
