We gladly accept exchanges & returns

Please reach out to: help@theboldbowtie.com within 14 days of your order's arrival. Our orders are handmade and we can only accept returns during our return window. Thank you for your understanding.

**IMPORTANT: Your MUST provide a NOTE in your package explaining the return with the ORDER NUMBER.

**IMPORTANT: Refunds are available for returns received within 14 days (of your initial delivery date). Unfortunately, we’re unable to process refunds for items received after that timeframe. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted for all returns.
