We gladly accept exchanges & returns

Please reach out to: help@TheBoldBowTie.com within 14 days of your order's arrival. Our orders are handmade and we can only accept returns during our return window. Thank you for your understanding.

**IMPORTANT: Your MUST provide a NOTE in your package explaining the return with the ORDER NUMBER.

**IMPORTANT: Refunds are available for returns received within 14 days (of your initial delivery date). Unfortunately, we’re unable to process refunds for items received after that timeframe. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted for all returns.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
