Our entire experience was great! It was super easy to navigate the website, and when USPS lost our package in the mail, I was able to email the company and get a response literally within minutes. They overnighted a replacement via UPS. We were so thankful! We used our products to ask our 1-year-old nephew to be the ringbearer in our wedding. The bow tie and suspenders we ordered were perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better product or better customer service!

Super cute. Fit just fine. It was a little dirty on the neck part but it the package was in rough shape when getting but I don't think that was on your part, I think it got caught in the postage sorting machines. Can't wait to use them.

I ordered 2 bow ties for my kids. One of my sons wanted something that wasn’t available in the shop and needed to be custom made. This was easily accommodated, and the bow ties arrived pretty quickly too. Definitely would recommend!
