I needed the bolo tie for a “barnyard bliss” wedding. I was happy to find this style on The Bold Bow Tie website but when it came it was a little too short for my husband. I emailed to see what my options were and Katie personally responded and went above and beyond! She remade the longer length we needed and shipped it out express so we received it in time to attend the wedding. It looked great on and my husband got many compliments!
